IN Teamster's primary election Tuesday

They're supporting our Teamster brother Jim Kincaid for state rep.

There's a really, really important primary in Indiana on Tuesday, with 55 union members (or former union members) running for office. Our Teamster brother Jim Kincaid from Local 89 is a candidate for state representative, but he has to get past his primary opponent first. Find out more about Jim here.

Organized labor in Indiana wants all you Hoosiers to help get out the vote for your brother and sister candidates. If they win, they'll fight to repeal right-to-work-for-less the way it was repealed in 1965.

Three other Teamsters are running for the Indiana state Legislature, but they don't have primaries: Jerod Warnock from Local 135 is running for state representative; Brad Thompson, president of Local 1070 is running for state Senate, as is Jim Cahill, president of Local 716.

 ...we are again calling on all working men and women to help the campaigns of pro-worker candidates in these final hours.

The pro-worker candidates listed below are in tight primary races and need our help to get elected so they can repeal right to work, restore collective bargaining rights and fight for a stronger public education system.

They need help canvassing their districts, stuffing envelopes, making calls and passing out literature at polling sites.
