You can hear cheers for Bachmann in this video, but there were plenty of boos in this one by Dan Tuohy. A state like New Hampshire doesn't like it when outsiders tell it what to do.
Tuohy, writing for the Hampton-North Hampton Patch, reports,
U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann won cheers and jeers today when she addressed the New Hampshire House of Representatives. Some Republican lawmakers in the chamber applauded her support for a right-to-work bill in the state.
Opponents in the House gallery booed and heckled her, including some profanity.
Bachmann was one of five Republican presidential candidates invited to speak. Gary Johnson, Newt Gingrich, Herman Cain, and Rick Santorum also took turns speaking to lawmakers. We're following the special session on @NHAFLCIO. No vote yet on overriding the governor's veto of the right to work bill to destroy unions.
