Prosser balloon chokes passers-by in WI

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports a 25-foot inflatable likeness of Scott Walker clone Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David Prosser was choking visitors to the Capitol.
Reports the Journal-Sentinel,
The giant balloon was constructed using $10 worth of plastic drop cloths and duct tape, according to protester Miles Kristan, and was inflated using an air compressor. Kristan said it took him two hours to make the balloon.
"Watch out, Justice Prosser might try to choke you!" Kristan yelled at passers-by Thursday afternoon.

The protest was in response to allegations made by Justice Ann Walsh Bradley that Prosser put her in a "chokehold" on June 13.
Prosser cast the deciding vote in support of Koch whore Gov. Scott Walker's law destroying government unions. The choking incident is being investigated.

Check out this blog posting describing how the balloon was set up and how the police thought it was pretty funny too.
