If Roger Clemens goes to jail, shouldn't Scott Walker?

Walker's bald spot and the rest of Walker swear to tell the truth.
Retired baseball great Roger Clemens is now standing trial for not telling the truth to Congress in 2008. He allegedly lied to the House Government Oversight Committee about using steroids. Now he's charged with six counts of perjury. The jury is being selected now in Washington.

Koch whore Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker also testified before Congress. In April 2011 Walker told the House Government Oversight Committee that his union-busting bill saved Wisconsin money. He said,
....collective bargaining reforms save local governments more than $700 million each year.
Then Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich demanded to know how much money Walker would save by destroying workers' rights. He got his answer. "It doesn't save any," said Walker.

So Walker actually admitted he lied, which is more than The Rocket did. So how come Scott Walker isn't getting hauled into U.S. District Court?

According to the Associated Press, at least one of the prospective jurors in the Clemens trial might agree with us.
...two ...were excused after they said they weren't sure they could be fair because of their feelings about Congress.
"Even members of Congress have lied to Congress and they have not been prosecuted," said one of the panelists who was excused.
And some potential jurors thought Congress had better things to do (such as ending the jobs crisis, perhaps?) than investigating drug use among baseball players.
...the chief financial officer at an accounting firm ... said he agreed Congress should have higher priorities than steroids.
"Given all the problems the country faces, it wouldn't have been high on my list," the CFO said.
Whoa, yeah.
