Judge deciding on WI anti-worker bill

Wisconsin Judge Maryann Sumi heard arguments today in a lawsuit challenging Koch whore Gov. Scott Walker's anti-worker law. Sumi said she will issue a decision in a day or two.

Democratic Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk's lawsuit argues Republican senators illegally passed the anti-worker bill on two hours' notice, in violation of state open meetings laws.

Falk also said that the state senate didn't have enough members to pass the legislation after minority Democrats left Wisconsin to avoid a vote on the anti-worker bill.

In other words, her case presents what actually happened.

Judge Sumi has already ruled twice to block the anti-worker legislation while she considered whether the open meetings law was violated. She said those that violated her order were subject to sanctions.

She's tough, as is this member of the tweetosphere.

Don't blame Judge Sumi for CORRECTLY calling you out on a violation of open meeting laws. Pass the law again (IF you think you can).
