VIDEO: Dave Hansen ad, 5 days out

Our Teamster brother Dave Hansen is one of the Fab 14 Wisconsin state senators who left the state in February rather than vote for Koch whore Gov. Scott Walker's radical attack on the middle class. For that courageous and difficult action, he's facing a recall election on Tuesday. His opponent, Republican Dave VanderLeest, is a deadbeat with an arrest record.

WBAY is reporting that Hansen is working hard to get his message out, while VanderLeest has spent little money and relying on volunteers:
VanderLeest is organizing volunteers, readying lawn signs, and holding firm to a message he says he's been communicating since first organizing the Recall Dave Hansen effort months ago...
Wednesday, staffers and supporters followed Senator Hansen into the Green Bay City Clerk's office, where he cast an absentee ballot.
Hansen will be in session at the Capitol on the day of the election, but he's telling those who are casting ballots next week why he deserves their votes.
"We wanted to communicate to the people that we are about changing the direction of this state, and if we can do it, and be first, and send a message to the rest of the state, like I said, I think we're doing OK," Senator Hansen said.
