More shenanigans in WI recall

We learn from the tweetosphere that the Government Accountability Board is preventing citizens from doing exit polling in today's primary. We also learn from Dane 101 that Republican lawmakers are redistricting before the general recall elections on Aug. 9.

@ktuerk tweets,
#wirecall New rule change so new it is not on GAB website. Literally JUST CHANGED with the hour to block citizen exit polling!
@WiStateJournal Citizen Exit Poll teams (non-partisan citizen grp) being kicked out of poll areas right now! GAB changed rules 25 min ago.
@LightReading YES! I was just called by my team member and told me not to come because they were being all kicked out. Other teams as well

GAB changed rules 30 min ago & county clerk/police kicking citizen election protection grp away from doors of polls preventing exit polling

@lluttig @nicknicemadison Just called by my team leader. Police were called & they were told they had to be 100 ft. Clerks had GAB chg rules
And on the redistrciting:
...if finalized, the plan would push both Rep. Fred Clark and Nancy Nusbaum out of the districts in which they are currently challenging incumbent Republican senators in the upcoming recall elections.
The redistricting won't take effect until after the recalls, but would likely impact Clark and Nusbaum should they win their respective races....
Nusbaum is challenging Sen. Rob Cowles in the 2nd senate district. The new GOP maps would move her currently listed voting address from the 2nd to the 30th--by about a block.
Further, current Democratic Senator Robert Wirch would be redistricted out of his current home in the 22nd. He would instead find his home address residing in the 21st.
Nice.
